Michelle the therapist has been very helpful and professional. She provided the treatment based on my skin condition and service was good.

I went to Freia to do The ultimate Hydra O2 facial that also includes manual extractions. Additionally, shoulders massage and eye revitalising add-on under complimentary.
Ally was completely amazing, she answered all my doubts and made all the treatment in a very gently and relaxing way.
I am very happy with the results after the treatment! My skin looks much healthier and hydrated.
I highly recommend her.

I recently visited Freia Aesthetics Malaysia at The Five @ KPD for the Dewy Skin Facial, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! My skin feels incredibly hydrated and has a beautiful, dewy glow that’s still noticeable days after the treatment. Erynn did an amazing job and made sure I was comfortable throughout the session, explaining each step with care and professionalism. The service was top-notch, and the atmosphere was both relaxing and luxurious. I’ll definitely be back on my next trip to KL. Highly recommended for anyone looking to rejuvenate their skin! I love the tea after the facial treatment!

Loved the experience I had at Freia. Ally was my esthetician and she was quite knowledgeable and recommended treatments that were appropriate for my needs. I got The Ultimate Hydra O2 facial topped up with the Eye Love Gua Sha treatment. She even followed up after the treatment to explain which products were used and how to use all the samples provided, and check up on the service and how my skin was doing afterwards. The facial was relaxing and I don’t think I’ve ever had a facial that had my skin looking like I’ve had a full nights rest for at least 5 days! I’ve had quite a few facials done and this is by far my favorite place and person. The place is super clean and cozy as well.
